All Students will be charged an anniversary fee. This fee is good for one year or until you drop out of the program.
Anniversary fee of $20 per child. There is an additional $5 (per session, per student) pool fee for all classes held at the Hampton Inn location. That can be paid in cash or check on the first day of session.
Changing your class schedule can only be done by the instructor. Contact Hannah if you need to make an adjustment to your schedule.
Each class requires a 2-student minimum 3 for baby classes, if the class isn’t filled within 72 of the session it will either be combined or cancelled.

MAKEUP POLICY & WEATHER MAKE_UPS
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio & designated pool times/days, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed.
There are 2 weather days permitted each Fall/Winter Session & Summer sessions. Due to snow, ice, fire, or Mother Nature these classes will not be made up as the instructor still pays for the time & facility charges.
Every effort to fairly handle absences due to serious illness will be taken.
